Responsibilities
Collaborate with other professional surveyors and teams to deliver project scope and meet schedules
Supervise and support field crews and office technicians on complex land surveying projects
Review drawings, and other deliverables in compliance with state and industry standards
Serve as a point of contact for clients and ensure effective communication throughout project delivery
Mentor team members and provide training on state survey requirements and QA/QC processes
Contribute to the company's strategic goals through additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
More than 5 years of experience in land surveying or related field
Proficiency in Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center is required
Certification such as LSIT, Certified Survey Technician Level II, III, or IV, or Licensed Land Surveyor (LLS) preferred
Familiarity with transportation and utility projects a plus
Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
A hybrid schedule may be available based on project needs and team coordination
Ability to work onsite at our Newmarket, NH office is preferred, but may also work from whichever of our office locations is most convenient — including Bedford or Keene, NH, or Kennebunk, ME
